Over 10 years in product and organisational roles across education and government technology, including as a product manager at MOE HQ and GovTech in the Experimental Systems Technology Lab (ESTL). His work included product management and UX research on School Cockpit Mobile and the Student Learning Space (SLS) — still core platforms for schools, teachers and students in the national school system. Also the NAPFA run monitoring pilot and RAMS-AI, a school risk-management AI product taken from concept through user testing.
