Kingsfold

The decision layer for Protestant philanthropy across Asia. From faithful intent to verified impact.

Money can already move. The information needed to decide where it should go cannot.

Christian philanthropy does not have a payment problem; money can already move. What is fragmented is the information needed to decide where it should go. Credible ministry work goes unfunded for two distinct reasons.

Half one — the donor never saw it.

Serious Christian giving is still relationship-driven: a pastor, a friend on a board, a missionary, a conference. Those relationships are valuable and Kingsfold does not replace them. But a network can only show a donor what it has encountered.

Half two — the donor saw it and could not commit.

This is now the larger half. Proposals arrive in incompatible formats and cannot be compared. A charity registration proves an organisation exists, not that this project is properly costed or ready for money. Proposals are written to persuade, so nobody names the risks — and a donor of twenty years' experience reads a risk-free proposal as naive or concealing. Governance failures elsewhere in the sector have made serious donors slower and more sceptical, and honest organisations pay that price alongside the dishonest ones. And a donor who never learned what happened to the last gift has no basis for the next one.

Discovery alone does not move money. Evidence does.

Turns fragmented, persuasive proposals into evidence a donor can act on.

Kingsfold does not make the giving decision — the donor does. Kingsfold does not hold or move money. Once a donor decides, the gift is made directly or through their existing foundation, charitable vehicle, bank or adviser. Our job ends where custody begins.

Organisation-level diligence, then opportunity-level diligence.

Diligence runs at two levels: first the organisation, then the specific funding opportunity. You control what is shared through four disclosure levels — Network, Protected, Confidential and Restricted — set by the organisation itself.

The next step is always "Request introduction", never a Donate button.

Recipient organisations do not pay Kingsfold for listing, ranking, preferential matching or access to donors. Verification is free to any eligible organisation, whether or not it subscribes to Trellistry Operations. Kingsfold is paid by donors and professional users for decision intelligence. A donor should never have to wonder whether an organisation appeared because it paid us more.

Paid for the decision, never for the transaction.

Recipient organisations never pay: no listing, ranking, placement or success fees. Kingsfold is paid by donors and professional users, and charges for the decision, never for the transaction — there is no percentage of gifts, now or later.

The model has four shapes: annual membership for donors and families, subscriptions for professional advisers, donor-paid commissioned diligence, and philanthropic underwriting of verification.

Pricing depends on how many decisions you want supported and how deep the diligence goes. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we will come back with a number.

Three ways in.

Kingsfold Verified

Free verification for any eligible organisation — organisation-level and opportunity-level diligence, structured so donors can compare it.

Kingsfold Private

For donors and families who want decisions supported with confidentiality controls and commissioned diligence.

Kingsfold Advisor

For professional advisers supporting Christian donors across a portfolio of decisions.

Kingsfold is open to any eligible organisation and to donors and advisers. It is not a public browse-and-donate marketplace — the next step is always a conversation, never a Donate button.

Kingsfold works on its own. An organisation does not need Trellistry Operations to use it, and a donor or adviser does not need it either. Any eligible organisation can register with Kingsfold directly, and verification is free whether or not it ever licenses our software.
Kingsfold works on its own. An eligible church with an active Trellistry Operations Partner Network subscription also holds Kingsfold Organisation Access — reached with the same Trellistry account, no second login, with its organisation record already in place rather than re-entered. Under a cluster or network licence, every participating church receives its own entitlement, not only the purchasing headquarters. This is convenience and data reuse, not standing: verification and listing are free either way. Kingsfold Private and Kingsfold Advisor are separately commercial and are not included.
A shared login is not shared data. Records held in Trellistry Operations — member, pastoral, client and case data — are never visible to Kingsfold donors or advisers, and nothing transfers automatically. Only the minimum organisation-level identity metadata needed to authenticate crosses the product boundary. Access is granted at organisation level; your own administrator decides which existing users may open Kingsfold. Kingsfold activity is logged in a separate audit trail.
